Is the basic listing really free?
Yes. Every Boca Raton business gets a free listing with its name, address, phone, website, hours and description. No credit card, no expiration.
What does a sponsored position get me?
Each subcategory (for example, Plumbers or Italian Restaurants) has exactly three sponsored positions. Sponsors appear above all free listings in that subcategory, in rank order, with a highlighted card. Position #1 is also eligible for the homepage sponsor rail.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Your position goes live as soon as you sign up and is free for 30 days. Nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends you decide whether to continue at the monthly rate. If you don't, the position is released and your free listing stays.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Sponsorships are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel and your position stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
What if the position I want is taken?
Pick another open position in the same subcategory, or check back later. Positions open up whenever a sponsor doesn't continue.
Are sponsored listings labeled?
Yes. Sponsored positions are clearly marked "Sponsored" on Boca Town Square. Sponsorship never affects our news coverage.
Do I need to talk to a salesperson?
No. Everything is self-serve: pick your subcategory and position, enter your details, and you're live. If you do want help, use the contact page.
